system we can evaluate your pet for suitable Kroeger herb and homepathics. The more information you provide including blood
tests, veterinary diagnosis, and medical records the more accurate our suggestions. Always have close contact with your
own local Vet as well.
On a piece of paper, write:
-Your name and address (please print clearly)
-Your pet's name and age
-A brief history of medical complaints, any diagnosis given, blood test results, radiograph interpretation.
-Any treatments given
Be as brief as possible. This information should be no more than a single page. Our fee is $75, and if sent
by check, should be made payable to the Artemis Animal Clinic.
Please send a plastic bag containing a sample of our pet's hair, the information requested above, and payment,
as well as a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to the Artemis Animal clinic at the address given at the bottom of this page.
When returned to you, the envelope will contain a list of products to order and suggestions for home care.
If a recheck is noted on your reading, it means that there are issues that need further attention. You may
also want a recheck to further refine your pet's health. For a recheck, send the information requested above, as well as your
previous reading, if avilable. The fee for a recheck is $45.
