I finished up the quilted pictures for Bruce's room and have them hung now.  They really look great with the bedroom wall color (which, by the way, is called "Spiced Butternut"). Here is a picture (please excuse the undressed window):

 

We are far from being settled into the house.  I hope to get to Mary Jo's tomorrow for some drapery and curtain fabrics.  I will eventually be covering almost all of the windows, but for now I'll focus on the more important and easier ones - kitchen, upstairs bathroom, and upstairs bedrooms.  I'm thinking abour pinch pleat drapes for the bedrooms.  I've never done them before and look forward to the challenge.

The second baby blanket has been neglected as we have been moving into the house.  I need to get back onto that soon.  I'm thinking about tackling a lace shawl project for the beach trip.  Although, I have already ordered the new Harry Potter book and will have it with me too.  Hmmm...  Which will take precedence?
