SOME STATE REQUIREMENTS MAY APPLY (click here) E-Mail I received
from the reveneuers If you intend
to make alcohol for use as fuel, you will need an Alcohol Fuel Producer’s Permit issued by our Bureau. I’ll
e-mail you an application packet under separate cover. After you submit an application, we’ll contact you for
a brief telephone interview. Also, just so you are aware, there are specific records that must be kept and you would be expected
to file an annual report with us (that is the Form 5110.75). Here is the link to the complete alcohol fuel plant (AFP)
regulations which address these matters in more detail. The regulations begin at Section 19.901 of Part 19. http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_05/27cfr19_05.html There is no excise
tax on alcohol produced under this permit provided it is used exclusively for fuel purposes, and if removed from the permit
premises, is rendered unfit for beverage use by the addition of the materials listed in section 19.1005. In addition to
a Federal permit, there may be State requirements for this as well. Here is the link to the various State Alcohol Control
Boards. http://www.ttb.gov/spirits/control_board.shtml If you have other
questions, feel free to contact our Distilled Spirits Applications Branch at 513-684-7150. click here to learn everything about ethanol Making Ethanol Work United States Ethanol Corp.......click here COPPER MOONSHINE STILLS ETHANOL ENERGY STILL

Now to get back Specifically to Arkansas. It is shameful that we have not had proper legislation to allow E85 into the State. Once again we are near the last . Whats the problem? We could put a refinery near the center of the State near an Interstate, Say Hazen or Des Arc. We should already have this stuff. Our farmers can grow corn as well or better than Illinois. Then we too can look into purchasing flex fuel vehicles. Looks like a certain Car Dealer/Legislator would have already played this angle. Lets get people working and do something good for us.
Brazil makes cars that run on 100 % Ethanol. What are we afraid of. Is it that we might drink up the proceeds. Or it will confuse the revenuers too much?
Did I say the word TAXES,
