Mrs. Jensen
Mrs. Kathy Jensen - As the instructor for all of the choirs in the West High School Choral Department, Mrs. Jensen has helped many students enjoy their musical experience at West High. This is her 23rd year as Aristocracy's director, and she continues to enjoy bringing her students' voices to life in United Voices (Mixed Chorus), Les Chansonniers (Glee Ensemble) and Aristocracy (Choral Workshop). Along with the West High Choirs, she is also founding director of the adult choir L.A. Vocal Core. Throughout the years, she has received numerous accolades from the school district and the public, including West High's Teacher of the Year Award, Jaycee's Outstanding Young Educator Award, and, most recently, the Arnold Plank Teacher of the Year Award. Mrs. Jensen's dedication to Aristocracy and outstanding efforts on the group's behalf are greatly appreciated. We love you, Mrs. Jensen!
