Massage Therapist

I believe that everyone is naturally able to benefit from bodywork. For many there is a specific physical problem needing therapy, for others there is the possibility to enhance existing wellness.

My approach to bodywork combines strength with lightness, and stillness with motion. My extensive training and practice, together with compassion, will make your session clinically effective, and at same time relaxing and joyful.

For over a year I studied, worked, and lived at the School of Shiatsu and Massage, also known as the Watsu Center.  There I studied both massage and aquatic bodywork.  The way we move in the water has influenced my work on land, and my knowledge of traditional massage enhances my bodywork in the water.

I have over 1200 hours of state approved training in bodywork, and have certificates as an Advanced Bodywork Therapist, Watsu Practitioner, and Waterdance Practitioner.
