World Watsu Week

In Water

Aquatic bodywork takes place in a body temperature swimming pool. The water's weightless support and soft resistance allows your muscles and spine to release, and permits new mobility and alignment. The experience can bring physical release, and be nurturing, meditative, and blissful.

Watsu is nurturing with tranquil movements, graceful stretches, and massage.  Great for pregnant women, and those seeking an extra gentle form of bodywork.

Waterdance explores the freedom of underwater movement. Careful attention given to your breath, and noseclips, allows your inner dolphin to emerge.

Healing Dance truly is a dance. Smoothly connected movements above and below the water take you through a liquid ballet of healing.
