Toby Bred though and though, this gelding is intelligent and gentle.  His is a ranch horse that loves cutting.    He is going to be my saddle/trail horse until sold. We are starting this just 4 year old under saddle. He is calm and quiet, curious about the saddle and rider, actively learning what is expected from him.

Registration with ApHC,  Oregon Bred.  Can be registered ICAA, IPAA I believe, and FAHR (he has a partial Blue eye)

Born in March 2005 while his Dams owner was in the hospital
His name has many meanings:

Toby and Moon: Toby Lucky Moon is his sire, great grandsire is Toby 1 with additional lines on the dam side; additonally he has Malhuer's Half Moon, Dark Moon and Silvermoon in his pedigree on his dams side.

Miracle: Well, anyone who gets hit by a car going 45MPH and survives, that is a miracle by itself but this colt is also very special.

MoonStruck: They are a chocolate maker based in Portland Oregon, near where we live. Cocoa Doll is his Dam, Cocoa is a kind of Chocolate... her first foal was Droste *a dutch brand of Chocolate* so Moonstruck works for the Chocolate side.

MoonStruck is appropriate, as Jeffery, his dams owner was moonstruck just a few weeks before his birth and was in the hospital for his birth and first month on life. "moon'struck: adj. affected by, or as if by, the moon: as a: romantically dreamy b: lost in fantasy or reverie -Merriam Webster & Lunatic: insane and believed to be affected by the phases of the moon" Jeffery was hit by a car as he was walking 12+ miles to see his girlfiend. He was enjoying the full moon and did not see the car.
