- "Twelfth Night" as directed by Nicolas Hytner at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre in New York, starring Helen Hunt, Paul Rudd, Kyra Sedgewick, and Rick Stear
- I hope you saw this magical production on PBS last year. "Twelfth Night" is one of my favorite plays because the plot allows for plenty of sexual tension regardless of gender. I doubt that I will ever see better performances of each character showcased in so much opulent design. I can't decide which was more impressive: the bodies of water in various sizes throughout the set, or the bodies of the actors portraying Orsino and Sebastian.
