RECOGNITION OF PERSONAL MINISTRY

Because ministries change, we issue a general, rather than a specific, recogntion and affiliation of ministry.  The requirement is that we are able to know you in the Lord, and develop fellowship.  The form "REFERENCE FOR RECOGNITION AND AFFILIATION OF MINISTRY WITH ANOINTED WORD MINISTRIES AND FELLOWSHIPS INTERNATIONAL," is to begin that process.  To see the form and copy it, click here> Click to open, then save..   To download zip file RefPers.zip> click here.

Initial recognition and affiliation is for a period of one year. Recognition becomes permanent after that time, following review and mutual consent.  *
 

RECOGNITION OF CORPORATE MINISTRY

    If you are also interested in associating a Church, Evangelistic or other ministry, please use form: "REFERENCE FOR ASSOCIATION OF CHURCH OR MINISTRY WITH ANOINTED WORD MINISTRIES AND FELLOWSHIPS INTERNATIONAL."  This form is only if you are interested in associating a Church, Evangelsitic or other corporate ministry with Anointed Word Ministries and Fellowships International.  It requires a copy of the ministry's statement of faith be attached and the signatures of two officers authorization. * PERSONAL OR CORPORATE RECOGNITION WITH THIS MINISTRY DOES NOT IMPLY A FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENT.  ANOINTED WORD MINISTRIES AND FELLOWSHIPS INTERNATIONAL MAKES NO PROMISE OF MATERIAL SUPPORT TO ANY PERSON BECOMING AFFILIATED OR ORGANIZATION BECOMING ASSOCIATED WITH IT.  NEITHER SHALL ANY FEE OR DUES BE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS FELLOWSHIP.  ANY EXCHANGE OF PROVISIONS SHALL BE TOTALLY BY THE FREE WILL OF ITS CONTRIBUTORS.

    Both forms may be supplied if you are interested in having your personal ministry recognized as well as a Ministry or Church you represent.
