YES PIGGIE! YOU CAN GO ON BINGING! However, here are a few NEW, clever habits which will make food taste better as your body detoxes from any former, BAD FOOD COMBINING habits, and now your taste buds will come alive and which will preserve your youth and beautiful cuddly piggie figure! AND YOUR HAPPINESS!

#1 THE QUESTION OF FAT ---

HUH?

Yes, you see Dear Piggie, ONCE VEGETABLE OIL had been separated from its natural source, THE BODY HAS A DIFFICULT TASK DIGESTING IT. OILS TEND TO COAT FOODSPREVENTING ACCESS BY THE DIGESTIVE FLUIDS. So nothing gets broken down. UNDIGESTED food is going through your body! INSULTING the kidneys, giving you a face like a pork pie. err....a lemon meringue pie!

OK. What else?

#2. GET OVER THE SILKY TONGUE THING. See ya gotta get over this being hooked to the silky sensation in the mouth. Go for FLAVORS from the food itself and condiments like chile, cilantro, soy sauce instead. HUGE increase in energy after you do this as suddenly all the vitamins in your food are absorbed by body. NO MORE vitamin-blocking! Means you get YOUNGER!

#3 SOUR IS NOT POWER- NEXT, all VINEGARs ARE HIGHLY TOXIC AND SHOULD NOT BE ADDED TO FOOD. AS THE TASTE BUDS BECOME MORE SENSITIVE, THE ENJOYMENT OF SIMPLE FOODS INCREASES. Instead, ADD lemon juice from really ripe LEMONS. Few in the marketplace are!  ANd PIGGIE? Always buy ORGANIC CITRUS !!! Cuz organic farmers know what's ripe and what ain't! Citrus must go for that THIRD YEAR on the tree or be waaay sour!

#4-PIG OUT AT NIGHT.  DINNER, the last meal of the day, may often be the best time to eat concentrated foods. SINCE THE DAY'S ACTIVITIES HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED, THERE IS MORE ENERGY AVAILABLE TO DIGEST THEM. THESE CONCENTRATED FOODS SHOULD ALWAYS BE ACCOMPANIED BY WHOLE, UNCOOKED VEGETABLES,ESPECIALLY THE GREEN LEAFY VARIETIES -- i.e. SALADS! (lemon juice in all dressings).

#5. PAY ATTENTION TO DIGESTION, NOT JUST EATING! ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME BETWEEN MEALS TO DIGEST THE PREVIOUS MEAL. AFTER FRUIT MEALS, ALLOW 2-3 HOURS AFTER STARCH MEALS, ALLOW 4 HOURS for that starch to digest. Oh here's a big one. The whole subject of STARCH and WHEAT?  NO GLUTEN RICH GRAINS. ONLY THE NON GLUTEN ONES, cuz gluten is gluey and lines the intestines and then no vitamins get thru to YOU meaning you age! Don't worry, there are plenty of good starches and good grains. AFTER PROTEIN MEALS, ALLOW 6 HOURS

THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM WORKS BEST WHEN IT'S GIVEN A REST BETWEEN MEALS.

THE IDEA OF EATING ONE MEAL A DAY IS NOT A GOOD ONE.

AVOID THE 'SNACK' HABIT AND YOUR MEALS WILL PROVE TO BE MORE SATISFYING.

Use the condiments that you like: mustard, ginger and CHILE. CAREFUL with black pepper which can burn the mucosa if over used but garlic, onion, chile, paprika, oregano, soy sauce, and herbs like cilantro, parsley are safe.  Yogi Bhajan said Auryvedic doctors recommend using black pepper corms only while preparing food, removing them from the finished dish as they lodge in crevices of stomach, intestines, colon and can do damage.
