There are two guys walking down the street shooting the breeze with each other and across the street they notice a dog laying on the ground licking himself in the croch.  The first guy says to the second guy, "Don't you wish you could do that?" (pertaining to what the dog was doing). The second guy replies, "No, it might bite me!"
