The Doubles have two double beds and can sleep 4 people. There are also junior suites (these have a sofa with a pull out bed) and 2 bedroom suites available. You should now be able to get any type of room that you want, especially if you book early. If you have any trouble at all, let Andie or Michael know. We will probably be able to arrange it for you.
The block of rooms will be released on APRIL 25th, so try to reserve yours by then at the very latest.
A few things to know about the hotel:
Location: Downtown on Lake Mendota. Short walking distance to the State Capitol, State Street shopping, and plenty of restaurants. There's also fishing & boating on the lake.
Getting there: Free limo to/from Madison airport Sunday-4pm Friday (no Sat. service).
Parking: Free underground parking.
