William9 Frank m'd for his second wife 9 Feb l890 Annie E Small of Portland (b 4 July l844 @ Lubec d l6 Sept l9l7) dau of Jeremiah and Mary E (Rumery) Small of Lubec. William9 Frank and his wives are b'd at Greenwood Cem Jonesport. A 1910 Jonesport census shows William9 as 64 and m'd 20 yrs to Annie E. Small, 64 yrs of age. William9 listed as a merchant of a grocery store. No children of this second marriage.
He was a merchant, operating a general store on Mansfield Corner at Sawyer Square, next to what used to be the Redman Hall. An l8 Aug l905 issue of the Jonesport Enterprise has one of his advertisments listing "Shirt Waists, $l.00 waists now for 65 cents, as well as Ladies Suits, $2.50 now for $2.00". He also carried Hart Schaffner & Marx men's suits. William9 & Annie had no children.
