Daniel5 Kilburn Anderson

(Thomas4 Edward3 Abraham2 John1) (b20 Oct 1829 d 23 Aug 1854 @ Westbrook, b'd Pine Grove Cem., Portland) m'd Sarah Frances Procter, a sister to Mary Boody Procter who m'd our Edward5 Augustus Anderson. After the death of Daniel5, his wife, Sarah, m'd a cousin of Daniel5 for her second husband, namely Thomas5 Anderson, a son of George4 Anderson. At the Pine Grove Cem., which is the oldest part of the Evergreen Cem. on Stevens Ave., Portland (in back of Westbrook College) is b'd Daniel5 Kilburn Anderson and daughter Marietta6 by Daniel5 and Sahah Frances Procter. Also b'd on the same lot is Thomas5 and his wife Sarah Frances Procter, plus their daughter Mabel6, making Mabel6 and Marietta6 half sisters.

Also buried on this same lot is our ancestor Edward5 Augustus Anderson and his wife Mary Boody Procter, plus their infant son Henry6 B. Anderson, who died young. There is another person b'd there, possibly Frederick6, a son of Daniel5 & Sarah (Procter) Anderson.
