Once upon a time a mother cat had kittens. She had them on the night before "Queen Cat's Day". She decided the kitten born at midnight [on Queen Cat's Day] would be named Princess Cat. When she had seven kittens [Snickers,Fluffy,Spotty,Beauty,Muffin,Peaches'nCream,and Flash],it was almost midnight. When it was midnight,the last kitten was born. "I guess this will be Princess Cat" said the mother cat."Children"said the mother cat,"Please help keep Princess Cat warm she is smaller than we are." There the kittens slept quietly until morning.The next morning the mother cat told her kittens about "Queen Cat's Day." Then they went to the celebration of the new Queen Cat. "The prince is Prince Taffy" said the announcer."And the new Queen Cat is... Wooly!" "It's your aunt Wooly!" exclaimed the mother cat.Then they went to get some rocks. There were eight rocks, nine cats in the family.One of them could not get a rock. When Snickers,Fluffy,Spotty,Beauty,Muffin,Peaches 'n Cream, and Flash had a rock, Snickers told the mother cat "Would you like this rock?" "Does Princess Cat have a rock?" asked the mother cat. Snickers lied. "Yes" "Okay" said the mother cat "I'll take the rock." Then came the dinner. The Queen Cat had fish with her prince, the grown-up cats had chicken, and the kittens had kitten chow. [kittens under three months had moistened kitten chow] Then the Queen Cat watched a dance concert and the kittens played.But while the kittens played Princess Cat sat in a corner meowing "I don't have a rock,Snickers said I do have a rock." When they went home that night, Princess Cat was still feeling sad and the other kittens were still jealous of her.Princess Cat grew up into a beautiful cat."Princess Kitten's Day" came up. Princess Cat and the other cats sat in the front row."The prince is Prince Shiny" said the announcer. And the finalists are those cats in the front row. "Yay!" said all the cats except Princess Cat. The announcer checked each cat, first seeing if they looked good. Only Fluffy, Spotty, Beauty, Peaches 'n cream, Flash, and Princess Cat passed. Then the announcer checked to see if they made a pretty purr. Only Fluffy, Spotty, Flash, and Princess Cat passed. Then the announcer checked to see if they smelled nice. Only Spotty, Flash, and Princess Cat passed. Then the announcer asked what thier favorite food was to see if they were healthy cats. All the cats left passed. Then the announcer checked to see if they had soft fur. Only Spotty and Princess Cat passed. Then the announcer checked to see if their fur sparkled. Only Princess Cat passed! Then Princess Cat ate her fish dinner with her prince while she watched a dance concert and the kittens played. Then they waited for the magic horse to pick them up and take them to a magic land.[this all happened on "Queen Cat's Day] The other cats were sorry they had been so mean and jealous. They came with their mother to live with Princess Cat. Then Princess Cat gave birth to kittens. And they all lived happily ever after.

Spooky Ghost and the Three Pumpkins

Once upon a time, there lived three pumpkins. Their names were Papa Pumpkin, Mama Pumpkin, and Baby Pumpkin. They had witches brew for breakfast [that is like pumpkin pudding], three chairs as hard as rocks to sit on, and three beds stuffed with rocks to sleep on.

One day the pumpkin pudding [or witches brew] was too hot. Mama pumpkin decided to go for a walk while the pumpkin pudding cooled.

A ghost came in. It saw the pumpkin pudding and wanted to taste it. It walked over to the table to taste it.

The ghost tasted Papa Pumpkin's pudding. It was too hot. Then it tasted Mama Pumpkin's pudding. It was too cold. Then it tasted Baby Pumpkin's pudding. It was not too hot. It was not too cold. It was just right. The ghost liked it so much it ate it all up!

Then the ghost saw the three chairs. It decided to sit in them. It tried Papa Pumpkin's chair. It was too high. Then it tried Mama Pumpkin's chair It was too wide. Then it tried Baby pumpkin's chair. It was not too high. It was not too wide. It was just right. But when the ghost sat in it, the chair broke to pieces!

Then the ghost saw the three beds. It tried Papa Pumpkin's bed. There were too many hard rocks. It tried Mama Pumpkin's bed. It sunk in the space between two rocks. It tried Baby Pumpkin's bed. It did not have too many hard rocks. The ghost did not sink in between two rocks. It was just right. The ghost fell asleep in it.

The three pumpkins came home. When Papa pumpkin saw his pumpkin pudding, he said, "SOMEONE HAS BEEN EATING MY PUMPKIN PUDDING" in his great big voice.When Mama Pumpkin saw her pumpkin pudding, she said, "Someone Has Been Eating My Pumpkin Pudding" in her middle-sized voice. When Baby Pumpkin saw his pumpkin pudding, he said "Somone has been eating my pumpkin pudding and has eaten it all up!" in his teeny-tiny voice.

When Papa Pumpkin saw his chair, he said even louder than before," SOMEONE HAS BEEN SITTING IN MY CHAIR" in his great big voice. When Mama Pumpkin saw her chair, she said in her same middle-sized voice, "Someone Has Been Sitting In My Chair." When Baby Pumpkin saw his chair, he said in an even tinier voice than before, "Someone has been sitting in my chair and has broken it to pieces!"

When Papa Pumpkin saw his bed, he said even louder than before, "SOMETHING HAS BEEN IN MY BED" in his great big voice. When Mama Pumpkin saw her bed, she said in her same middle-sized voice, "Something Has Been In My Bed." When Baby Pumpkin saw the ghost, he said in an even tinier voice than before, " Something has been in my bed and here it is! "
It was the Baby Pumpkin's teeny-tiny voice that woke the ghost up. The voice of Papa Pumpkin the ghost thought was the crakling of thunder. The voice of Mama Pumpkin the ghost thought was the wind howling. The ghost saw the three pumpkins and ran to the window to get away.

A witch was outside. She was stronger than the ghost. She said a spell "ABRACADABRA KAZAM, THIS GHOST WILL GO UP TO THE CLOUDS. as loud as she could. And the ghost went up to the clouds. So the three pumpkins lived happily ever after.

Queen Cat II

Little Marie lived in a big family. Just in her house there was Katie, Snowshoes, Fur, Bluecat, Stripes, Spot, Snickers, her, her mom [ Princess Cat ], and her dad [ Shiny]. One cold winter day, Grandma Pinka, Aunt Snickers, Uncle Nosed, Aunt Stripes, Uncle Light Fur, Aunt Sparkle, Uncle Taffy, Cousin Fuzzy, Cousin Ears, and Baby Cousin Tiger came to visit. They were staying that night, the next two days and nights, and were going home the day after that. The night after that Marie's family would be staying at Aunt Sparkle's house. That night they had Caterpillar, Troll, and Fruit soup. Marie got mostly fruits in her bowl. When Snowshoes got her bowl, she got mostly caterpillars. "Yum, Caterpillars" she said. "Mom can I lick the bowl?" "I guess so" said her mom. After licking the bowl, she said "I'm so hungry I could eat this bowl." Next she said "I'm going to break the bowl." She dropped the bowl. It broke. Some lipsticks and fancy keys rolled out. "You just broke my little sister's favorite bowl" said Snickers. "Katie" whispered Snowshoes "What" Katie whispered back "Let's hide these keys and lipsticks" "Where?" "In our room" "Okay let's go ask our mom" "Can we please be excused?" "For what?" asked their mom. "We want to take our toys to dinner to and show them to our cousins" Snowshoes answered back. They took the keys, lipsticks, and broken pieces of the bowl to the room that they shared, hid them in their bed, and grabbed their toys and brought them to the dinner table. Everyone was already served. "Snowshoes", said the mother [Princess Cat] will you say prayers for us?Snowshoes said "Thank you for the bowl the lipsticks and the other things" very loudly. After they decided where everyone would sleep[Marie, Snickers, and Cousin Fuzzy would sleep in the bed that Marie, Snickers, and Spot shared Spot and Cousin Ears would sleep on the floor in Marie, Snickers and Spot's room Stripes, Bluecat, and Fur would sleep in the room they shared Snowshoes and Katie would sleep in the room they shared all the grownups would sleep in one huge bed] they sat by the fireplace and Grandma Pinka told a story. "When you are older there will be a ball. A prince will be there. He will choose one lady to marry. That lady will choose a friend and that friend will marry another prince. And they will live with a fairy."When they went to bed, Snowshoes and Katie looked at the broken pieces of the bowl. The seven pieces each said somthing. The words were: MARIE 13 BROKEN WHEN BE IS TO. "Oh no" said Snowshoes and Katie "To be broken when Marie is 13" "She's only six now. The next day the kids went to see Santa Bunny. Snowshoes and Katie were interested in Grandma Pinka's story. They asked for things that would help them with that when they were older. Marie asked for a friendship kit. Snickers asked for a friendship book. Marie's friend Annie asked for a friendship notebook. The next day they went to a place where the kids could play in the snow. The day after that Marie's family drove everyone home. They stayed at Aunt Sparkle's house that night. They got older [Marie was 13] and the ball came. They were all dressed in beautiful gowns. But Snowshoes waved a magic cord she had gotten and Katie said, "Abracadabra Alakazam Marie will be dressed in rags". Then they went to the ball. But Snickers stayed behind. She looked and looked. Finally she found the magic cord and the keys to the ball. She used the magic cord to disguise herself as a fairy. Then she said "Abracadabra Alakazam Marie will be beautiful again!" And Marie was even more beautiful than before. Marie went to the ball. The prince danced with Marie. At midnight [ when the spell was broken] Marie ran away. The prince picked up the crown that she had dropped. The next day he said the young lady that the crown fit perfectly would marry him. Snowshoes and Katie tried it on but it was too small. Marie tried it on. It fit perfectly. Marie chose Snickers as her friend. So Marie married the prince and Snickers married the second prince and they lived happily ever after with a fairy.

The Pumpkins

A girl was in a haunted house with her friend. They explored the haunted house. They saw witches, ghosts, black cats, heard a few bats swooping down, and heard a few boos here and there. "TTThhhhhhhhhhiiiiisssssssss hhhhhhhhhhhoooooooooouuuuuuuuuusssssseeeee iiiiiiisssss rrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyy hhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaauuuuuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnnttttteeeeedddddddddddd" said the girl. "And your cat is much nicer" said her friend. They explored and explored. It began to get dark. "Our parents are very worried about us" said the girl."We were suposed to have a sleepover tonight". "We could have a sleepover in a haunted house" said her friend. "Wait! there's our pumpkins!" And so the pumpkins took them home and they had a sleepover at the girl's house.

Queen Cat III

Once upon a time, there was a family of cats. There was a mother cat, a father cat, Kit, Furry, Fuzzy, Purr, Anna, Honey, Angel, and Princess. They were taking in their friend Spring while her parents were gone. One night that Spring was staying, they had noodles for dinner. There was a crack in Princess' bowl. Kit broke the bowl. "And you must give us each a noodle " said Kit. "You shoud glue the bowl back for her" said the mother cat. That night, Kit and Furry glued the bowl back together. They took other pieces from other bowls that they broke to make the bowl bigger and rounder. Next they painted the bowl to look like a spooky jack-o-lantern. Then they put a hole in the bottom so that Princess' food would fall out. Then they put something in the bowl so that the bowl would say " BOOOOOOOOOOO BOOOOOOOO BOOOOOOOOOOO " when you carried it around. But they still had some bowl pieces left. So they made a ghost bowl the same way they made the jack-o-lantern bowl. But this time they made it say "BOOOOOOOOO AAAH BOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO." The next night, when Princess used her glued back bowl, she heard the " BOOOOOOOOOOOO BOOOOOOOO BOOOOOOOOOOOO " and when she used her other bowl, she heard the " BOOOOOOOOOO AAAH BOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. " When her noodles fell out through the hole, Kit and Furry grabbed them to make a food house. "Anyone can help make the food house except Princess" they said. " All right" they said " Princess can help too." They used fruits for the steps, a cookie for the front porch, noodles (some of the noodles that fell out of Princess' bowl ) for the house, large candies or small cookies for the windows, butterflies for the roof, tomato sauce to stick the shingles on, and small candies for the shingles. When they tried to go in the house, they found it was too small. So they just piled food over themselves. "Food Fight!" called Kit. They threw food all over the place. Kit's brown fur got food splotches. Some of Furry's gray and black spots were covered with food. Fuzzy's brown fur had food splotches all over. Purr's blue-gray fur had little food splotches. Anna's stripes were food stripes. Honey's little white spots did not look white anymore. Angel had food down her neck. Princess got some food splattered on her pink fur. Spring got food fur. They all took a bath. Then they were okay for the rest of the time Spring was there. When they were older, a prince dog came to town. There would be a ball. The prince would choose a lady and that lady would choose two friends and they would marry two other princes. The day of the ball came. They were all dressed up beautifully. But Kit and Furry used bad magic and the spell "Abracadabra Alakazam Princess will be dressed in rags" and Princess had on rags. But a fairy gave Princess clothes that were even more beautiful than before by using good magic and the spell " Abracadabra Alakazam Princess will be beautiful again!" When she ran out of the ball, Princess dropped one of her glass slippers. The prince tried the slipper on all the ladies the next day. It fit Princess' foot perfectly. So the prince chose her. Princess chose Angel as her friend and Spring as her other friend. So she married the prince and Angel married the second prince and Spring married the third prince and they all lived happily ever after.
