On August 11,
2003, the Ethiopian World Federation Emperor Yekuno Amlak Local No. 16
was incorporated in the State of Washington. We thank the Most
High for giving us this opportunity to continue to contribute toward the
full development of this great organization. We also thank all our
members and supporters for their efforts.

On Sunday, November
1, 2009, the Ethiopian World Federation Emperor Yekuno Amlak Local No.
16, Inc., along with the Rastafari Collective, presented Clinton
Fearon and Winston Jarrett, two reggae giants, at a fundraiser at the Nectar
Club in Fremont, Seattle, Washington. They performed along with Ras
Danny Ital, and other friends to raise funds to benefit children from Ethiopia
living around the world and to celebrate the anniversary of the Coronation
of Emperor Haile Selassie I, which took place on November 2, 1930.
