Terms and Conditions
There is a $50.00 deposit required to reserve space in the freeze-dryer. This payment is required when your fresh flowers are delivered to Always in Bloom. Usually the day after the wedding. The flowers should be kept cool not frozen. The sooner they get to the freeze-dryer the better! This method of preserving does not revive wilted or damaged flowers. Careful planning is the key to success and beauty.
Your $50.00 deposit will be credited to your invoice. The remainder is due and payable in full on the date your arrangement is picked up. Always in Bloom will contact you with your pick up date.
Due to limited storage space we request that arrangements be made for your freeze-dried flowers to be picked up within seven (7) days of being notified of completion. If you have not contacted Always in Bloom and/or picked up your arrangement within two (2) weeks a $20.00 late charge will be added to your invoice. After four (4) weeks all monies received and all flowers become property of Always in Bloom.
Always in Bloom cannot be responsible or held liable for flower spoilage due to acts of God. (I.E. Power outages.) If we experience down time and the flowers spoil your deposit will be refunded to you. You will be contacted immediately.
Arrangements can be made to have Always in Bloom pickup your flowers for a slight charge. All prices subject to state sales tax.
