To realize something is to hold that thing to be real. Much of what we realize is the result
of what we have been conditioned to realize. The rest may be the result of our experience and the persuasion of those we hold
to be authoritative. When we arrange our thoughts and perceptions poorly, our realizations
are faulty. It is then that we have problems with others who also have poor "mental arrangements". The result is a reality
that is threatening and, as we hold others to blame, not changeable. As we realize that our arrangement
might be faulty, we become able to resolve our differences and arrive at a place of agreement where our realizations, while
not exactly the same, are compatible.

To One Who Claims to Know (including myself)
Let me try to explain once again About the wiles and ways of men, And
why the sea runs to the shore, And why the winds do blow Why we say a yo-yo goes up and down,
While we say a door swings to and fro.
You see, While we indulge in divisive antics, The lesson here is merely semantics.
We simply call a road a road, As we
call a man a man, Even calling something a toad Is an attempt to give it a plan.
And then we set upon the world, To change it here and there, While we, ourselves,
in fright of change, Throw curses at the air. And though some say
We all are brothers, We share in this alone. We seek to change the minds of others, While
attempting to maintain our own.
So don't let your effort get you uptight, Whatever happens is always right, Even
as we storm, wheedle, cry or cajol, And, perhaps, seek to place the blame, We're all caught
up in this rigamarole, So remember, it's only a game.
In The Connectedness of Existence there is no fault.
