and their families exit through the gate in 9 vans/buses with a police escort, we will fall in behind and follow them to the
Venetian Resort on the strip. We will be entering Venetian property from the back side and will follow all the way to
the front entrance of Venetian where we will stop behind buses and form up at entrance greeting our Warriors and their families.
After that we will circle around the front of the Venetian and there will be reserved parking ground level in the oversize
vehicle parking area for those that wish to go inside the Venetian and attend the welcoming ceremonies. Be aware
that we are not officially the escort and that we will be expected to obey all traffic laws. All parties I have discussed
this with, AA, Airport Security, and the Venetian all want us there and appreciate that we are there to welcome our Wounded
Warrior brothers and sisters and their families. Make sure that if you are flying flags on your motorcycles that they
are secured properly. This mission will include Patriot Guard Honor Guard, Patriot Guard, American Legion Riders,
Marine Riders, and Teamster Riders. Remember, we are there to honor Wounded Warriors and their families, no attitudes. Thank
you and I'll see you tomorrow. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Spyderman

Just
an update: I spoke to the CAO yesterday afternoon and he indicated the family is aware of our group and he expects them to
make a decision on our involvement very soon. When that happens he will contact me.
I am in need of an experienced Ride Captain. Someone who can coordinate with the various agencies involved, plan the
ride route and otherwise organize this honor. If you are interested, let me know ASAP.
