Our Post holds our meetings at one of our favorite watering holes; the Leatherneck Club Bar and Galley, located near Spring Mountain and Arville. The Leatherneck Club is a Marine Corps themed bar, but welcomes Veterans of all services. Drop in and check out the best collection of USMC memorabilia in Las Vegas, dating from World War I to the present. Plus, enjoy some of the best "bar" burgers around; you won't be disappointed.

We invite you to join us in our efforts.  While we support many American Legion programs, our main focus is helping fellow Veterans and their families.

To help understand the Aims and Purposes of the American Legion, it can best be summed up by the Preamble to the Constitution of the American Legion:

For God and Country, we associate ourselves together for the following purposes:

TO UPHOLD AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; to maintain law and order; to foster and perpetuate a one hundred percent Americanism; to preserve the memories and incidents of our associations in the Great Wars; to inculcate a sense of individual obligation to the community, state and nation; to combat the autocracy of both the classes and the masses; to make right the master of might; to promote peace and good will on earth; to safeguard and transit to posterity the principles of justice, freedom and democracy; to consecrate and sanctify our comradeship by our devotion to mutual helpfulness.

It Is Not The Price You Pay For Membership, It Is The Price You Paid To Be Eligible To Join; It Is The Value Of Being A Member.
