Reservation and Payment Policies
A $300 deposit must be mailed within one week of the booking to secure the reservation. Sixty (60) days before the scheduled
arrival, the remaining rent and a $300 damage/security deposit is due. A rental agreement must be signed by all adults and
sent with the deposit. An email receipt will be provided for all payments received.
The rental agreement will specify the basis for full return of the damage security deposit. Normal wear and tear is expected.
Please inquire. Reservations for less than the minimum nights specified may be accepted if they would fill vacant spaces
between already booked reservations OR if arrival date is less than 30 days.
Deposit less $100 is refundable if cancellation is received at least 45 days before scheduled arrival during Summer/Fall seasons
and at least 60 days before Holiday season. Cancellations with less than 45 days or 60 days before arrival may incur penalties.
Cancellation penalties will only apply if the condo is not able to be re-booked for the reserved period and the cancellation
occurs less that 45 days before the Summer/Fall or Winter Seasons or 60 days before the Holiday Season. Every effort will
be made to re-book the condo but finding another client on short notice can be difficult even with offering last-minute discounts.
The penalty shall consist of the full contracted amount less any re-booking rents and taxes received. Exit cleaning and the
security/damage deposit will always be returned even if the condo is not able to be re-booked.
