RESERVATION POLICIES:
A $200 deposit must be mailed within one
week of the booking to secure the reservation. 60 days before scheduled arrival the reservation deposit becomes
a security/damage deposit and the entire rental amount becomes due. A receipt will be provided for all monies
received.
A contract and a copy of rental policies must be signed and sent with the reservation
deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Deposit less $50 is refundable if cancellation is received at least 60 days before
scheduled arrival. If cancellation is at least 30 but less than 60 days before arrival, deposit less $100 is refundable. If
cancellation is less than 30 days, a penalty may apply. Cancellation of HOLIDAY
SEASON reservations that are made less than 60 days before scheduled arrival are subject to penalities.
CANCELLATION
PENALTIES: Cancellation penalties will only apply if the condo is not able to be rented for the reserved period
and the cancellation occurs less than 30 days (60 days for HOLIDAY SEASON) before the arrival date. Every effort
will be made to rent the condo but finding another client on short notice is usually very difficult. The penalty shall
consist of the rate times the number of days that the unit is not able to be rented during the reserved time.
*MINIMUM NITES: Reservations for less than the minimum nites specified
will be accepted only if they can be fitted between already booked reservations OR if arrival date is less than 30 days.
