Here is Nanny with Katie just before she had to leave for the
airport.
Alex's favorite activity these days is doing headstands on
the furniture.
Even though Kate doesn't play games or eat pizza, she still
likes Chuck E Cheese because of the noise and the air conditioning!
Today Alex discovered that it is fun to float on his back -
and that it is easy with a life jacket on!
Kate's outfit says "cutie" and everyone agrees!

Alex cried the whole way home from the airport after we dropped
Nanny off. While he was crying, he said "you have to miss someone if you love them."

Poor Katie had her first shot today. Here she is showing
off her band-aid.
Alex got his first Thomas trains for birthday and big brother
gifts. He is so excited to watch them go!
Kate is still so little that most of her pretty clothes are
still too big for her to wear. At least wearing nothing but a onesie is a good way to beat the heat!
