Wheeljack - originally Downshift from the Energon line, repainted head and windshield, added some new labels. Here's his car mode.
Trailbreaker - 2007 movie Stockade, repainted, replaced left hand with original G1 Trailbreaker missile hand (used the double missile instead of the single long missile since that was the only one that fits when transforming to vehicle mode).
Mirage - from the Classics line
Cliffjumper - from the Classics line, new head sculpt bought from customizer Valkfan on the Tfans board. For his vehicle mode I simply removed the rear spoiler to differentiate him from Bumblebee.
Huffer - a Botcon 2007 exclusive that was packed with Springer.

Alpha Trion - I bought this custom off ebay from seller vegettason , this Transformer elder is pictured with Optimus Prime (with custom Matrix of Leadership by repro seller Jangar)
Nightbird - Another custom by vegettason, This robot ninja had the Autobots on the ropes until a jealous Starscream shot her in the back. Pictured with anime Starscream #9 by Takara.
