This is an extremely important aspect of the work, and I provide in-depth training not only in the energetics of the Voice Dialogue Process and the Aware Ego in terms of the person being facilitated, but also the energetic consciousness, empowerment, and dynamics of the facilitator. Incorporating the energetics training of Aikido, this is very powerful and important training for anyone who is serious about doing facilitation, as well as anyone who works or is interested in working with people in any helping profession.
