So Cal Locals at Junior Track Nationals

Spencer Hartfeld's (Santa Barbara, Calif.) participation in the team sprint added a second national championship to his earlier kilo title.
In the men’s 17-18 team pursuit, Cody O’Reilly (Santa Barbara, Calif.), Guy East (Indianapolis, Ind.), Jared Downing (Whittier, Calif.) and Daniel Holloway (Morgan Hill, Calif.) clocked a time of 4:48.30 to earn the national title.
Catherine Fiedler (Long Beach, Calif.) won all four events to take the overall national title in the women’s 15-16 age group.
Coryn Rivera (Tustin, Calif.) won the women’s 13-14 points race.
Kit Karzen took second overall in the men’s 13-14 category.
