This 9"X12" pencil-on-paper drawing was completed on India's Republic Day, January 26th - anniversary of the day Her Constitution was approved.
The piece was made as the "icon" for a memorial service "prayer meeting" commemorating the anniversary of the Mahatma's assassination, held on January 30, 2006.
