There are 56 human Colonies on 29 worlds in 2300 AD. Below is a list of these, which gives the name of the world (followed by the stellar system and its position within it), followed by the Nations/Organizations which have colonized it (and the Colony's name, date of establishment, where known).

There are a mere three Enclave worlds, and even that stretches the definition a bit (BC hosts a Pentapod Enclave, while Kormoran and Stark host Human Enclaves). Doris is soon to host a Sung Enclave. The three Enclave worlds in 2300 AD are:
