acupuncture protocol based on Traditional Chinese Medicine that revitalizes and rejuvinates the face and body. Health benefits

Modalities
Chinese herbal medicine:
Carefully selected patent herbal formulas are chosen to address a person's main complaint or constitutional
pattern. In my practice herbal formulas are used along with acupuncture to reinforce its effects. Product lines
include Health Concerns, Mayway Plum Flower, Golden Flower, Apex
energetics (homeopathics). All of these companies follow
strict manufacturing guidelines to assure the products you are receiving are of the highest quality.
Moxibustion: uses the effects of burning a dried herb known as Artemisia Vulgaris on specific acupoints along a meridian
or body area. It may be formed into larger cones or tiny threads to achieve the desired results of tonifying deficiencies
and addressing chronic complaints or acute injuries.
Cupping: is a method
used to detox and stimulate the increase of chi and blood flow to local areas.
TDP Lamp: When
heated this unique proprietary mineral plate emits a band range of electromagnetic waves that promote healing. A relaxing
feeling is experienced as the warmth gently penetrates deep into tired sore muscles and stiff joints. In clinical applications
it has proven to be effective in treating ailments such as back pain, arthritis, joint pain, injuries, and certain skin conditions
such as psoriasis.
Massage Therapy: A variety of personalized massage therapies are provided to meet your individual needs. Balancing

Insurance, payment
Mainly a super bill will be provided for you at your request to assist you
in filing. Some insurance claims may be filed on your behalf after proof of your deductible has been met. I accept
all PIP (personal injury protection) and some major medical; Mainly BCBS of Florida, City and State plans. For major
medical it's best that you call your carrier by dialing your member services number found on the back of your card, and verify
your benefits for acupuncture and massage therapy coverage prior to treatment. Help may be provided if you need assistance.
Acupuncture Physicians in Florida are recognized as Primary
Care Providers.
No prescription or referral is required for Acupuncture services.
Companies that offer discount programs. You will not see my name on their list. However, if
your company offers discounted services for alternative care, I'll do my best to honor their discount. Just call prior
to coming in. I'll either match the discount rate or help you to choose the best practitioner from the list of ones
that do.
For those without insurance coverage, my rates are competitive to the area. Rates are
according to the duration and modality. A sliding cash scale is provided to medicare / medicaid recipients as I do
not want cost to interfere with you receiving the treatment that you need.
