Bring-to-date – search to determine if there are items filed of record in order to bring a property search as current as possible

Document Locate – search to determine if a particular item has been filed of record

Last Deed – search to locate the most recent conveyance of a property

Property Report – typically includes current owner, liens and judgments

Criminal Records Search

Arrests and Convictions – search to locate arrest records and criminal convictions in state and local jurisdictions. (Please note that we offer only public records search - not private investigation service.)

Standard searches for civil and criminal documents are for 10 year periods. However, we can condense or expand the time frame to meet your needs.
