Monday Nov 17, 2003 Injunctions
needed!
We have two months, folks. HR 2239 is nice, but it is a long-term solution. The brutal truth is, there is no way to correct
the problems with this system -- or even analyze the software that has been kept hidden from us, examined only by a broken
certification system -- before the primaries begin in January 2004.
We need an emergency, interim solution
We are unlikely to get such a thing passed by Congress.
These systems are insecure, they cannot be fixed (no pun intended) before January, so we need an immediate moratorium on
their use. We need to go back to paper ballots, hand-counted, for the primaries and we need to jump on that now.
The only way that I know of to achieve this is through legal injunctions. Starting with the Diebold states, and there are
37 of them, we need to start going to court. I have 65,000 documents, and I believe we can make the case to pull the plug,
but I need more attorneys, in more states. I am especially interested in connecting with attorneys for Florida, Colorado,
Georgia, California, Maryland, Arizona and Virginia. However, any state will do. If you are with a citizens group who is moving
forward on this, contact me immediately: Bevharriscontact@aol.com
Everyone out of the pool. I believe we have the documents needed to remove this cancer with a few clean incisions, and
I am willing to invest my time 24-7, and provide my resources, to anyone who can bring a lawsuit to the table. Have some.
Need more. Do it now.
