PHILLIP WARD is a writer, poet, artist and photographer. His writings and photographs have appeared in an array of magazines, journals, books, and on Internet. Mr. Ward's art and photographs have exhibited at Art@Large, Buceo 95, Caffé Rafaella on Seventh Avenue, Chelsea Market, The Emerging Collector, Exit Art, Fourth Street Photo, Rafaella on Ninth, The Rocking Horse Café, and various venues.

Mr. Ward is archivist-curator and content editor of The Quentin Crisp Archives. He is co-editor of the literary journal Van Gogh's Ear, a joint publication of Allen Ginsberg's New York's Committee on Poetry and French Connection Press.

Originally from Eastern Kentucky, Phillip Ward lives in Washington Heights, one of Manhattan's vibrant and colorful neighborhoods. He lived for twenty-five years on Christopher Street with an incredible view of the West Village and cityscape, and many of the photographs seen here were taken from the window of his apartment or in the streets of the City. Also, there are a few sweet images of friends. Enjoy the photographs and check back often!
