 The pages here show my own individual experience using a bike to train sled  
dogs. You may or may not want to use a much more "upgraded"
training rig, depending on what your goal and what your focus is.
If cost is an object, and if training is your main focus...you can
definitely do it this way. Dogs I have trained by bike have
stepped directly from my training into competitive
sprint and distance racing, and have been quite successful.
