A very long line. Apparently, the working definition of 'suspicious activity' was rather broad. They had to be letting most of the squirrels go free, but Chit had no illusions about being able to bluff his way through a security check. "Excuse me," he said to a guard, but paused as there was a commotion further up the line. "What is it?" a guard asked a rather small, fidgety squirrel. "I have to go to the bathroom!" the squirrel squeaked. Two of the guards looked at each other, smirking, then seized the hapless squirrel and dragged him down the hallway and into another room. There was a loud clang, as of a prison door slamming shut... a sound Chit knew all too well. "Well?" the guard he'd addressed asked. "Nothing," Chit said, "nothing at all." The guard smiled. It was not a happy smile. "Hey look!" Chit said, pointing, "He escaped!"
