There were three parking tickets on it already, but at least it hadn't been towed. Chit ducked in and got his computer while Zander played lookout, and then they ran (well, jogged, neither of them was exactly in top physical condition) back to the entrance. "You again," the guard said, "IDs?" They handed them over. "Where'd you get that computer?" "I left it outside yesterday," Chit said, "That's why we went out today." "Hmm." She thought for a few seconds, then attached Chit's ID to some sort of reader and looked at the results. The guard handed back the ID. "I'm afraid you'll have to come with me," she said. "Why?!" "We've been flagging suspicious activity. [flick] Seems you two accidentally barged into the governor's office earlier today?" Chit looked embarrassed. He didn't even have to act. "This makes two, so you need to come to security and answer a few questions." She paused, then gave a comforting flick, "Don't worry, we just need to verify that you are who you say you are. As long as you're not spies or something you'll be fine. Relax!
