------------------------------------------------------------------------ Torments of Hell (was: Aaron Bugs Out) (and it's a story, okay?) Newsgroups: alt.devilbunnies From: adm4@po.cwru.edu (Aaron Mandelbaum) Message-ID: Date: Wed, 26 Apr 1995 22:44:30 GMT Organization: CWRU "Stooooooooop! You can't do that!" "Why not?" Sylvie asked, looking up from Aaron's computer. "It's illegal!" "So is murder. [flick!]" She went back to typing. "Besides, I'm not even pretending to be you." "So when are you going to let me go?" "Never," Sylvie said, "We're going to keep you here forever." 'Here' was some deep underground chamber, probably part of some warren, since no one elsewould dig an underground chamber with bunny-sized tunnels leading out in all directions. "That's why we blew up the entrance, after all." Aaron cringed. After parking the van, Sylvie's symp (bunny symp, he'd mentioned when asked, although why Sylvie was cooperating with the bunnies was a mystery to him. She hated bunnies, almost as much as she hated Loren.) had left through the vehicle entrance. Then the squirrels had planted explosives and collapsed it, leaving the tiny passages as the only way out. Not that that was a problem for the squirrels, but it boded ill for him. Even if they *did* keep bringing in food and water. *If I could get out of this chair, I could kill them,* he thought, although that was wishful thinking in the extreme. Aside from the fact that eventually the lasers would burn him to death, Sylvie had a good chance of defeating him in hand-to-paw. But he decided to be optimistic about the whole thing. *I could kill them, but I still couldn't get out.* And she wouldn't even let him have net access!
