All of the tools to operate the ladder's functions are on the Nav-Bar which is the left hand side of all ladder pages. It has a slider bar so that you can scroll it down to access to all of the tabs. By clicking on the tab links on the nav-bar, the main page on the right will open to that feature's page.
The nav-bar is divided into sections by the headers: Getting Started, The Ladder, Tournaments, Community, Account, Support, Special Events, Buy Stuff, & Company. The last 3 headers are of little consequence as far as using the ladders features are concerned. You can click on each header for an expanded menu of that category or just click the item you want to view. When the page on the right changes, the nav-bar remains in place on the left on subsequent pages.

FREE SIGNUP - No further explanation needed
HOW TO PLAY - Gives pretty much useless information
MAIN PAGE - Changes the page on the left back to the ladder main page
The Ladder:
REPORT LOSS This is where you click to report a loss. If it is a partnership game, both losers report
a loss to both winners.
FIND PLAYER Look up your stats or make sure opponents are in the league by clicking the tab
DAILY RESULTS Displays results and news for the current day. This page also has a tab in the league
standings section
RANK CALCULATOR An easy way to see how much your rank will change when you beat your next
victims. In partnership and 3 player games, run the calculator for the lower rank
player first, then take your new rank and run it again for the higher ranked player.
In 3 player and partnership games, the lower ranking player reports a loss to both
winners first, then the higher ranked player reports.
It is a courtesy for all of the players to remain at the table until the reports are in.
If both players are ranked more than one rank below the winner or both winners,
reporting order will have no bearing on rank. The losing players can both just
report.
SKILL CALCULATOR Works pretty much the same as the rank calculator.
FORMAL CHALLENGE If you are in the top 5 and can not get another top 5 player to accept your
challenge, there is a way to drag them kicking and screaming to the game
table. Strict rules apply to using this tool. You must be on the rank immediately
below the player dodging you and you both must be in the top 5.

HALL OF FAME The league's all time records can be viewed here.
STANDINGS One of the most used tools. You will want to tinker with this for a while.
LOGIN/LOGOUT If you log in before you begin to play, others can check to see those in the
league that are available to play, whether they are in the game room or not !
RULES This has some excellent general information in it as well as rules specific to each
league. You review this page about once a month or so.
