The Studio is placed in a 1930's brick built building. As you go through the front entrance, you will enter a narrow reception
area. Continuing further down and at the end of the hallway you will enter a conference room. Surrounding the Conference Room
is an Office, a Makeup/Wardrobe Room and Bathroom with a shower. The entire studio is well maintained and cleaned daily.
As you pass through a sound proof door you will enter the large 3,000 square feet of Studio shooting space, in which is
excellent for filming and still shoots do to the high ceiling heights and with a chance to pull back up to 75 feet. Off to
the left you will notice the large full Kitchen with an island cooking area. The area was designed to shoot cooking scenarios
with access from above for those high angle shots if needed. A washer and dryer are located to the right of the Kitchen. Next
to and above the kitchen is hi-tech steel ladder which leads up to a 15' X 15' bedroom loft.
At the end of the workspace is a 30' X 30' Infinity Cyclorama which is usually white. To the left of the infinity Cyc
is our new "Chroma-Key Green Screen" infinity Cyc which is great for shooting full-lengths. Off to the right is
another shooting 17' X 25' space referred to as the Sky Light Stage. A 6' X 10' skylight is directly above and center to
the stage for available light shoots. The entire interior walls of the 3,000 square foot studio shooting area are lined with
white painted brick. However, the building's rear exterior is still the original untouched red brick, which can be used for
exterior shots for that 30's warehouse look. Ample and Free Parking is available in the back of the building with an immediate
rear entrance door to the studio. Plenty of outdoor space available in the rear lot for building studio sets
