The form below is a way to report what you have done this month.  For the primary job accomplishments section, what we need to report is what you have done directly related to your primary job function.  This includes forecasting shift, taking observations, BAROCOMP, etc.
 
For other accomplishments, what you are looking for is additional duties that you have worked on, seminars presented, courses taken, etc.
 
For outside accomplishments, what you want to report is volunteer activities, college courses, membership in organizations such as VFW or CAP.
