Rolfing® Structural Integration has tremendous ability to transform the body. I tried Rolfing seven years ago, hoping that it would help with the back pain I'd had since high school. It turned out that improving my posture through Rolfing was the key.

Not only did the 10-session series resolve the chonic back pain, it also dramatically improved my athletic ability. When I began practicing yoga, the movements felt easy and strong because my joints were better positioned and my movement was more coordinated.

Now I've been a Rolfer for over 4 years, and I love doing this work. Sometimes it is like following clues to unlock a puzzle, so we work together to solve the mystery.

What are sessions like?

Rolfing® Structural Integration is most effective in a series of 10 sessions, where each session builds on the others. Single sessions are also available.

If you are doing a series of 10 sessions, we typically schedule sessions weekly or biweekly, but this can be adjusted to fit your needs. After sessions #3 and #7 are natural points in the series where you may take a break. Sessions require a minimum of 1 hour, but please allow an hour and a half in case we need the extra time. Would you like to download and print your intake form?

What should you wear for your session? I will need to see your structure as you stand and walk. Many clients wear their undergarments (briefs for men, panties and bra or camisole for women), swimwear (bikini for women), or gymwear (loose shorts). This "Rolf Uniform" can be adapted to suit your needs, so don't hesitate to talk with me if you are shy or have other concerns.

A typical session is $100, payable by cash or check. Weekend appointments are $110.
These rates reflect a bookkeeping discount of $25. My full rate applies in cases where billing or chart notes are necessary. I can bill your auto insurance if you have an MVA claim.
I offer a discounted rate of $50 for children under age 10.

If you prefer to pay with a credit card or Health Savings Account card, you may use PayPal. Please pay the day before your session so I may receive your payment in time. Please add $3.20 per session, or $1 per class, to cover the PayPal transaction fee.
