About OCCC
These core values are are essential in order carry out our mission, and represent the five areas of ministry our church focuses
on. The five main purposes are:
(1) Edify one another: We desire to bring every person to maturity in Christ through discipleship ministries
(2) Encourage: We seek to encourage others through fellowship
(3) Exalt God: We seek to magnify God through worship
(4) Equip others: We seek to train and equip others for effective ministry which will demonstrate God's love
(5) Evangelize: We seek to communicate God's free gift of salvation to others

Welcome to "the OC" -- Christian Church, that is, where Jesus is what we're all about. Located in the city of Cypress,
California, we seek to share God's love to people within the high-tech, high-octane and high-cost world that is the OC. When
the OC is thirsty, God offers you a drink.
Our Mission
Our mission is to "make disciples of all nations" (Matthew 28:19). We believe that God's main purpose for OC Christian
Church is for it to be His instrument for making disciples--fully devoted followers of Christ.
What's Happening at OCCC:
Prayer Meeting: We will be having a prayer meeting our church this Tuesday evening at 7:30 p.m. at the
church. Join us for a time to pray for our church and for the needs of the people in our congregation.
Small Group Bible Study:
A "back to the basics" small group Bible study will be offered on Wednesday, July 16th, at 7:00 p.m. here at the church.
(This study will be a continuation of the Seekers' Group format.) See Pastor Daryl for more details.
Friday Night Small Group: A small group Bible study has been proven to be one of the best ways to mature
in our relationship with Christ. We will be resuming our study of the topic "Downpour" at our next meeting on Friday, August
8th at 7:30 p.m. If you are interested in joining this Bible study or any other small group Bible study, please contact Pastor Daryl.
Women's Group: A women's Bible study meets once a month on a Saturday morning for fellowship, Bible Study
and prayer. The next meeting will be Saturday, July 19th at 9:30 a.m. For more information, contact Karen.

When Can We Visit?
Join us at our worship services on Sundays at 11:00 a.m. Sunday School is offered at 9:30 a.m. for children
ages 5-13.
