Our Policies

In an effort to share them, I donate gobs of ripe tomatoes to the Golden Age Senior Center at the Nike base. There I have been dubbed:

The Tomato Man!!

Serve yourself

All the available garden produce is offered at the roadside stand. You may choose convenient containers (quarts, pints, etc.) or select and bag individually.
If you require larger quantities (for canning maybe?) just ask.
We utilize the honor system. See 'the pig' for payment.

Hours Vary

I make an effort to pick each morning, then most items are available by 9:30. Closed after 5:00.

Also-

Besides tomatoes, you may also find other garden fresh vegetables such as: sweet corn, rutabegas, string beans, strawberrys, pumpkins, squash, and who knows what else!!

What's Ready to Pick?

Squash, Squash, Squash!!! Upon return from vacation,
The squash was abundant!!! Most had over grown but a steady supply followed.
All The tomatoes are just starting to ripen. Looks like a
bumper crop this year. Roma, Plum, Hybrid beefsteak, Grape, Cherry, Betterboy, Earlygirl, they're all getting ripe.
...MMM, Bacon-lettuce-tomato sandwiches...
There are alot of Roma and plum for canning and sauce.
...MMM, Spaghetti sauce...
The corn looks OK, but seems a little late.
There are beets, try baking like a potato.
Green beans are getting started too.
