James Crandall has been working as a comp / storyboard artist since shortly after his graduation from the Art Center College of Design in 1981. Among his regular clients are Team One Advertising, Dailey & Associates and Rubin Postaer & Associates. Recent jobs have included assignments for Honda Motors, Acura, Lexus, Cunard Lines, and L.A. Kings Hockey. He does regular work comping product-line brochures for major car makers, having done Lexus, Jaguar, Infiniti, Acura and Honda in recent years.
Although traditional media can still be used when needed, most of our work is done now directly in Adobe Photoshop, sometimes supplemented by Adobe Illustrator and various 3d-imaging software. We have multiple Macintosh systems using Wacom Cintiq interactive pen displays.
Jobs may be sent via email or posted on our secure ftp site. We have a high-speed DSL connection to the Internet; in fact, working remotely has proved so successful that we have suspended offering in-house service.
