BREATH AND MOVEMENT
The term "Breath and Movement" actually refers to the fact that each exercise, whether it be actual physical movements
or working with pressure points or vowels and consonants, is the creation of a breath movement experience. Each experience
as it develops in class, tells us something about ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually and leads us clearly to
the next step we take on this exciting road of discovery, healing and balance.

BREATH DIALOGUE
This one-hour session is an opportunity to engage in a unique one-on-one "conversation" with a trained practitioner.
The subject responds to "suggestions" or "offers" made through the breathful hands of the practitioner.
Together, practitioner and subject "converse" with the breath in its essence as it evolves on its natural path of
growth and development. This meaningful dialogue invites the subject to experience the vital awareness that breath provides
and creates a means for the subject to find his or her unique expression of self oriented in the breath. The work is guided
completely by the trust of the practitioner in the intelligence of the Breath of the subject.
