Rental rates are in U.S. dollars with a 50% deposit required upon accepting your reservation. 

Winter Rates (11/1 - 3/31/07):

  •  $75/$150 per night with 2 night minimum
  •  $10.00 each additional guest per night

Summer Rates (4/1 - 10/31/07)

  • $85/$150 per night with 2 night minimum
  • $10.00 each additional guest per night 

Please Note:

Check in time: 3:00 p.m./Check out: noon

  • Cleaning fee of $25.00 (non-refundable.   Sorry ~ No Pets
  • Non-smoking apartment but you can smoke right outside your door

Cancellations and Refunds:  A full refund will be given minus a $25.00 handling fee if the cancellation is made in writing or by mail/telephone within 30 days of your reservation. *Rates are subject to change.  A 6% room tax will be charged.
