The picture above is posted in loving memory of one of the
most beautiful, affectionate, lively White German Shepherd bitches ever. She was a loving mother to every
one of the several litters she whelped. She amazed us with her last litter of 13 beautiful, healthy puppies born
Septermber 11, 2006. She loved to sit on her haunches in front of us and hug us with her front legs. One
of her favorite summer past times was jumping into and splashing in the wading pools. Her last morning, she was
very attentive to her four week old litter and she appeared to be attempting to tell us something. About an hour later,
we found her paralyzed in her left hind quarter. It was Saturday and our vet was out of town. We found a vet fifty
miles away. She was diagnosed with a terrible internal infection. Because of the uncertainty of her recovery
and the possible pain she might suffer, we lost her on October 19, 2006. She was a part of our family and we
will miss her hugs and loving attention. We won't forget you, our wonderful Desi!!
