After the Sunset

After the Sunset stars Pierce Brosnan as Max Burdett, Salma Hayek as Lola Cirillo, Woody Harrelson as Agent Stanley P. Lloyd, Don Cheadle as Henry Mooré, Naomie Harris as Sophie, and Chris Penn as Rowdy Laker Fan.

After the Sunset is a film similar to the Sean Connery film Entrapment and dozens others. Max has just stolen the second of the Napolean diamonds making Agent Lloyd look silly in the process. This is to be the retirement heist. Max and Lola go to the Bahamas and just sit on the beach when they run into Agent Lloyd who wants to catch Max stealing again.

After the Sunset is a film that has good acting, a semi-clever plot, and one hot chick (Salma Hayek) to make us like this film. The acting is decent and the scenery is superb. Although it was a shameless commercial for the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. For mindless entertainment it was good to spend two hours in a theater on a rainy, weekday afternoon.
