1965 Pontiac GTO

The engine is a 462ci (455 bored .030" over) with a 9.5:1 CR. Goodies include an Ultradyne cam - 288/296, 110 L.S.,.485"/.507", 231/239 dur. @.050", 670 Heads w/ SS valves & hardened exhaust seats (ports cleaned up), Harland Sharp 1.5:1 Roller Rockers, a Torker 1 intake (exhaust crossover welded shut), Drag Race 750 Demon and Ceramic Coated Hooker Super Comps.

Other parts include: A MSD 6A Ignition, a Mallory Unilite mechanical advance distributor, a True Roller Timing Chain, a Fluidampr Balancer, a Moroso 8qt pan with a Warrior Scraper and also a K&N Filter.
It has a 4sp., Power Steering and a Rally dash with aftermarket Tach and Gauges. I plan on restoring the dash this winter.

It has a 12 Bolt posi rear with 3:73's, C-clip eliminators and a Dick Miller Racing Suspension kit. It also has Hal 12 way adj. shocks all the way around and a Jeg's Aluminum cover w/ adj cap supports.

I've owned this car for over 20 years. It's still a work in progress. (Aren't they all!) Some of these pictures are a little out of date.

It has a full set of American Racing Torque Thrust II's with 15x4 fronts and 15x8 rears. The tires are, front - Cooper 165R15 Sportsmaster GLT's and rear - BF Goodrich P275/60R15 Advantage GT's. It also has a 3" exhaust with a DR.GAS X pipe and Straightline Performance mufflers. It sounds awesome. My Thanks to Tom Hand in helping to pick the exhaust! There's my 6 year old daughter Kelly. That's my brother in law Chris with his back to you.

I also installed a complete Power Brake kit with discs up front. The paint job was done by my friend John Piccirillo, owner of Liberty Motors Autobody in Bridgeport, CT. It was supposed to be the original Montero Red but I have my doubts. It's a little too bright. But I love it! It's done in Dupont Chromabase with 3 coats of clear. Check back every now and again for updates. Click on any picture for a larger shot. Thanks!
