The Medical Radiography Home Page was created as an Independent Learning Project in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Education in the field of Integrated Studies, Education/Management focus at Cambridge College. The online version of the thesis paper supporting this project is available at http://web.wn.net/~usr/ricter/web/ilp/ilp.html.
I have made every effort to make this site as comprehensive as my time and my resources allow, however, this site is a volunteer project done in my "spare time". I am not responsible for the validity of information provided on outside sites. This site is intended as a resource for the radiologic science community. I can not provide medical advice and it is in no way intended that this site be used to replace the advice of qualified health care providers. Because of the constantly changing nature of the web I am certain that there are many valuable sites I haven't discovered yet. If you know of any links which should be included, if you would like a link to your site removed, or if you discover any broken links please email ricter@wn.net. I really do try to respond to all my e-mail although it usually takes quite awhile.
This site uses a free counter service which allows us to track certain aggregate demographic information related to our users. This information includes: domain, operating system, browser, day, time, and level of usage. This information is used to determine overall usage patterns, to insure maximum compatability with users' browsers, and to plan future services. If your browser is configured to accept cookies, this counter will ask your computer to create a file called a cookie where your computer will keep track of the number of times you visit the site. Each time you return, your computer will be asked how many times it has visited. No information is tracked on an individual basis and no information is captured which would allow anyone to identify any individual. We do not track, give away, or sell information about individual users.

The background color for these pages is intended to be easy on the eyes. If you find that these pages look horrible on your computer it is probably because your monitor is not set to at least 256 colors. If you do not have a monitor and video card capable of displaying at least 256 colors you may want to set your browser to use the default grey or a white background.
