Issues
The importance of diversity. Is diversity really important? Many people
unconsciously don't think so. What makes diversity desirable for a
corporation?
Awareness. Why aren't people aware of diversity?
Many forms of diversity aren't expressed, due to fear, embarrassment, or
ignorance. Is there a need to make diversity more visible?
Many people don't care -- not just apathy but they feel it is a waste of
time
Previous approaches of diversity awareness training have not been
successful.
