SKIHAWKS SKI CLUB
RELEASE FORM LIBABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
(EACH MEMBER AND GUEST MUST SIGN)

The Skihawks Ski Club (hereinafter referred to as “the Club”), is a non-profit organization geared toward skiing and other fun activities for adults. The Club does not assume responsibility for what happens to its members in any Club activities. All members and persons with them accept this as a requirement for the successful existence of the Club.

The Club does not insure itself. Each member is responsible for providing his or her own casualty and loss insurance that will cover such mishaps, misadventures, bad luck and accidents that may occur to members and their guests. MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR GUESTS.

The Club makes no express or implied warranties as to the quality, safety, or function of any of its facilities, programs, trips, or instruction provided by its members, third persons, or other entities through the Club.

I recognize that club activities such as snow skiing, hiking, climbing, rafting, and other activities, may be high risk and involve certain physical dangers. I understand and appreciate the nature and extent of these dangers, whether related to the activity itself, the terrain or other physical characteristics, the equipment or other mechanisms, or other factors or conditions, known or unknown.

In consideration for membership in the Club and for participation in the Club activities, I hereby agree that I, my heirs, legal representatives and assigns, will not make any claim against the Club, its Board Members, officers, employees, servants, or agents for any injury, damage, or death which may occur as a result of my engaging in Club activities.

I further agree that the Club shall not be responsible for any loss or damages to any of my property, including but not limited to my automobile and contents thereof.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS.   I AM AWARE THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE CLUB. I HAVE SIGNED IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL
